It's here! The "Shadow of the Colossus" soundtrack! AKA, Wander and the Colossus ~Roar of the Earth~ Original Soundtrack. Excellent, excellent, excellent score, from an excellent, excellent, excellent game.

Seems that the title should say Wanda and the Colossus? Atleast the katakanas in the album cover are wa (ワ) n (ン) da (ダ). Unless I'm missing something, if that's the case, I'll just stfu.
But thanks for the release, lot's of good releases nowadays.

By the way, the real title is Jacky of the Colossus, so who cares.

Razakin, the title, in the booklet, in english is, "WANDER AND THE COLOSSUS". I can read katakana and am aware of what it says, but of course I'm going to use what they've used. Same with Kow Otani, could be Kou, could be Koh, but they used Kow. Sticking with what albums use and not trying to make my own decisions seems to be the best course of action.

Ok, so it's like that. Now, I'll just have to contact those people who did make that booklet and ask why it's named Wander. :P
And it's Kow Otani this time? In the Haibane Renmei it was Ko Otani. It's funny and irritating that the composer won't stick with one transliteration of his name. Althought, in here Finland, the 'most correct' transliteration would be Koo Ootani, thanks to the fact that we finnish people also use double vowels. Or something like that, can't remember what my friend is telling me about transliteration. :P
But few hours anymore and I can download this. yay.

Fantastic soundtrack. Music like this could even move me to buy a PS2 just to play this game.. :D
I did hear some small pops in some track, but I was too intrigued by the music to note which track it was ;)

Quite simply, this is one of the greatest game soundtracks ever made. Kow Otani totally nails it with this score. I'm gonna have to order this myself pretty soon. Thanks guys for releasing it.

Why doesn't have Ico such a wonderfull soundtrack. Only 3 numbers are verey good in the Ico OST.

Thank you so much for sharing this soundtrack. OSTs are expensive, so I'm very grateful to anyone who chooses to share their precious music. "Shadow of the Colossus" is such a beautiful game, with a beautiful score that deserves immense recognition.

hey, this maybe late, but i have a question if any one sees this comment. around the time this soundtrack came out here, I would access the US site for Shadow of the Colossus and the game's soundtrack would play in the background. The best part was that if you went to different places in the site, there were more songs you could hear playing in the background that were really pretty.
However, since about Feburary, they took down the music and all that's left is a silent website, still with all it's graphics and wallpaper downloads still up. I was hoping that some of that background music would be in this soundtrack, but so far I haven't heard any. If any one knows what i am talking about, let me know so I know I am not crazy. Plus if you know where to get that background music I would much appreciate if you could tell me.
