Recap Compilation Archive: Wild Arms the Vth Vanguard

Here is another in our series, you should know the scoop by now: a Japanese game has just reached North American shores, we bundle the older related releases we have done and make a fresh torrent for people who are now just playing and eager to download the music.

This one includes the following: Nana Mizuki - Justice to Believe / Aoi Iro, Wild Arms the Vth Vanguard Original Score Vol. 1 and Wild Arms the Vth Vanguard Original Score Vol. 2.

Crossfire

Today we have:

Wild Arms XF Original Soundtrack

This is the soundtrack to the PSP SRPG "Wild Arms XF (Crossfire)". It's another 4-disc mother, with plenty of music to listen to. Sadly, once again, Michiko Naruke is not featured on this album, only as a lyricist and a composer for traditional WA tracks which have been arranged by the other composers, Noriyasu Agematsu, Masato Kouda, Junpei Fujita, Hitoshi Fujima and Daisuke Kikuta. Enjoy!

Edit: A typo was found in the release, sorry about this. I remade the torrent and am providing a fix here.

My Summer Vacation

Tonight are two albums you might have not heard of, though some of you know them I'm sure:

Boku no Natsuyasumi 3 Soundtracks
Karous Original Soundtrack -Spring Rain-

The "Boku no Natsuyasumi" series has never been released outside of Japan, it's basically a slice-of-life sim/adventure title with cute characters, in the vein of "Harvest Moon". This particular album features music from the latest installment on the PS3, as well as the theme songs from the two previous games. "Karous" is another shooter by Milestone Inc. on the Dreamcast (it lives!)...music is again by Daisuke Nagata and Kou Hayashi, with remixes by Shinji Hosoe, Ayako Saso, Yousuke Yasui and Takanori Sato.

What Have You Done

Three more albums have arrived:

Dewy's Adventure Original Music Dictionary
Growlanser VI Precarious World Original Soundtrack
Minna no Golf 5 Original Soundtrack

"Dewy's Adventure" is cute and light-hearted action game from Konami for the Wii, music is by Maki Kirioka and Hiroshi Tanabe. The soundtrack for "Growlanser VI" was released last month but since Team Entertainment neglected to mention who composed it in the booklet, we had to wait for someone to beat the game and get the names from the credits, thanks shylph! Finally, the new "Minna no Golf" game for PS3, music is by the same Gon Ohtsuji whom you just heard on that "Minna no Golf" collection album we recently released, great stuff on there, I love that game series. :)

Let Me Out

Okay, tonight we have some new albums:

Dragon Quest Swords ~The Masked Queen and the Tower of Mirrors~ Original Soundtrack
KOF MAXIMUM IMPACT REGULATION ''A'' ORIGINAL SOUND TRACK
Subarashiki Kono Sekai Original Soundtrack

"Dragon Quest Swords" is the first DQ entry on the Nintendo Wii, music is mostly by Manami Matsumae with some old favorites by Koichi Sugiyama. "KOF REGULATION "A"" groups tracks found on both MI games and adds a few new ones, music by Toshikazu Tanaka. Finally, "Subarashiki Kono Sekai" or "It's a Wonderful World" is the Square Enix DS game featuring Takeharu Ishimoto on main composer duties. More new albums to follow in the coming days.

Edit: There was a tagging error on "Dragon Quest Swords", I remade the torrent with a fixed version, sorry for those who were on it at the time. For the 200 of you who have already downloaded it, here is a fix including a new SFV and M3U:

Recap Compilation Archive: The “Arc” SRPG

The RCA idea seems popular and I've been getting requests for the soundtracks to these newly released games in North America. So here is: Jeanne d'Arc Original Soundtrack and Luminous Arc Original Soundtracks.

Please remember to seed as much as possible, this is a free, non-ratio tracker. Only way for it to stay that way is to help seed.

Recap Compilation Archive: Persona 3

This is something new I am introducing. In most cases, Japanese titles see release much earlier than their North American/EU counterparts. That being said, the soundtracks to said titles also release well before the NA/EU date. We usually put these out as soon as they hit stores in Japan and when it comes time for the game to be released in our territories, the albums are a little harder to download.

"Persona 3" finally made it's debut in North America this week, and as such, the first RCA (Recap Compilation Archive) contains the three albums we have released that are associated with "Persona 3". They are: Burn My Dread -Reincarnation: Persona 3-, Persona 3 Fes Original Soundtrack, Persona 3 Original Soundtrack.

P.S. - Please don't use this comment space to request a similar archive release, I am aware of soundtrack and game releases.

Beatnicks und Superstars

Back again after a short break with the following:

Alphabet Planet
Ragnarok Online II Original Sound Track
Yuzo Koshiro Best Collection vol. 2

"Alphabet Planet" is an original 2-disc album by "Seiken Densetsu 2" composer, Hiroki Kikuta. Yoko Kanno scores the new "Raganarok Online II" soundtrack, with performances by Gabriela Robin, Ilaria Graziano and the Warsaw Philharmonic Orchestra. The second volume of the "Yuzo Koshiro Best Collection" is here, this one covers "The Super Shinobi (Revenge of Shinobi)" and the "Bare Knuckle (Streets of Rage)" series and features some unused material.

The Finest

Here is another little something that we didn't get to a while back:

Final Fantasy Finest Box

This six-disc boxset features the music from "Final Fantasy IV Advance", "Final Fantasy V Advance" and "Final Fantasy VI Advance". These, of course, are the GBA versions of the games. This was a promotional item which was given to fans who sent away proof of purchase coupons from the games. Time to relive some old memories (GBA-synth style)!
