Eat the meat

It's here! The SaGa Series 20th Anniversary Original Soundtrack -Premium Box-weighs in at 20 discs, and almost 19 hours of music. Square Enix doesn't care if it's a recession, and neither should you!

Artists include veterans to the series Nobuo Uematsu, Kenji Ito and Masashi Hamauzu; as well as Chihiro Fujioka and Ryuji Sasai.

Update: Well it was bound to happen at some point. 4 tracks on SaGa Frontier II are misspelled, so I've fixed them. After you've downloaded the torrent, just replace the original files with the updated ones I've included below.

papa_haydn ate the meat. papa_haydn turned into an Alveolar Labiodental.

WHOA!! Creds to you gentlefolk of the #gamemp3s crew. 19 discs? No kidding? They stuffed this bitch more than I cram the dishwasher at my job, more than I choke the toilet at home after plenteous feasting and exercise.

Soon, I shall see this leviathan lovingly lodged and happily housed on hard drives with cornucopias of music of such copious diversity and artistry, expecting exploration, cataloging and organizing of their immense labyrinths of nests, nooks and niches.

Many thanks.

Jayson (over at Original Sound Version) posted a video of him opening this package... it's so large that it takes him several minutes to open it, which is kind of amusing: http://www.originalsoundversion.com/?p=4294

Wow. 20 discs of SaGa music... and I don't need any of them.

Seriously. A couple of months ago, I started looking through the many Romancing SaGa albums to see if I had overlooked anything. I would've loved to have gone through the premium box, but there's no point now. If I had known it was coming...

Bollocks. Thanks for sharing anyway.

Awesome! Too bad SE limit themselves to 20 disc for 20th anniversary and left out some remixes/piano discs which is VERY hard to find.

Maybe 30th anniversary? ;) Thanks Msia!

@Jimmy

Same here, I pre-ordered it and received it in the mail a few days after release. Good thing I didn't start ripping the discs, it would've taken awhile

Awesome release. I'm loving it, I've always been a huge fan of SaGa series' OST, specially SaGa Frontier 2 and Unlimited SaGa. Masashi Hamauzu is the best vgm composer everrrrr!!! I'm glad he will be composing FFXIII's OST!

Great work gamemp3s, I'll be seeding this eternally

Massive musical melodies! Thank you so much gamemp3:s. I've always wanted to listen to more music from the SaGa series, and now I can, for almost 19 hours =)

Thanks again and have a good day!

Man, this is an awesome release. Kenji Ito is quite possibly my favorite VG composer. Now I don't have to finish ripping my collection. Ripping and renaming "All Sounds of SaGa" was enough of a pain. I only wish this box included the soundtrack for the WSC version of Romancing SaGa as well. I can't even find a game rip of that.

I would have suggested putting each cd in a seperate folder with individual playlists for this rip... but I suppose I can do that myself.

Thanks for include the 7 hidden tracks from Disc 09.
