Battlefield - Storm
09/10/2012 Update: The Meiq 4 OST rip here does not have the correct cover. Please grab the one in the 9/9/12 release.
07/29/2012 Update: Battle SQ had two tracks with the wrong disc number in the file names and one track with the wrong artist. They have been corrected and you can grab the fixed files here.
We're back in there with another release.
Starting us off is the latest batch of SQ albums. Battle SQ contains rocking arrangements from artists such as Miss Modular, shibuyamicrofuture, millstones, Lemm, Stealth Boys, and YUKIYOSHI. Beer SQ also features some intoxicating arrangements from RÄFVEN, Elequest Of Tabla, Blue Moon Quartet, Drakskip, Rio Okano, Daikichi Yoshida, and others. While SQ Chips 2 is back with more great chip tune arrangements from Hige Driver, BOKKADENcI, Hidekazu Tanaka, Kplecraft, SmileR, SEXY-SYNTHESIZER, and more.
We also have the recent Crimsonshroud Original Soundtrack from the crew at Basiscape - Hitoshi Sakimoto, Masaharu Iwata, Mitsuhiro Kaneda, Kimihiro Abe, and Azusa Chiba. Wrapping up this release is the anticipated Sekaiju no MeiQ 4 denshou no kyoshin Original Soundtrack from the one and only man himself, Yuzo Koshiro.

Fantastique. Really looking forward to EO4, thanks for the early release. And of course, for everything else.

Thanks! I've been trying to find most of these for weeks!

Huge thanks for the EO4 album!

Thanks for the SQ albums! Although there is some strangeness going on with file names for the first disc of Battle SQ. Track 2 and 8 named wrong... :\

Looks like the 202 and 208 should be 102 and 108 (since disc 1 is missing those two tracks). But great release!

At last! I got into the EO Games through the first Seikaji no MeiQ OST torrent here years ago! I've been madly waiting for the newest soundtrack (and now waiting for Atlus USA...sigh).

I wanted to thanks you for all your work! Also I wanted to know if you were planning to rip either bonus CD coming with SQ Chips 2 ?
Kira00: Unfortunately we won't since I couldn't get a hold of either one. If someone out there has a copy and wants to rip it for us, then we would be happy to work with them.

Big thanks for sharing SekaQIV OST! There are music credits but they aren't included in the info file. It's also important to note Norihiko Hibino had a lot to do with the production, even plays saxophone on a few tracks.

X.: We rarely put anyone outside the composer, arranger, or vocalist in our nfo files. I think the only exception to that is vocal albums where the credits are generally pretty bare.

thanks Msia~

Someone just pointed out to me that we didn't use the right cover for Meiq 4. We may have to wait for the next release to fix that, sorry.

Some of the songs skip when I try to skip a little bit in iTunes, especially beer SQ
Does anyone have the same problem?
you could always use foobar. Since it doesn't suck.

Awesome! I was looking all over for Battle SQ, and SQ Chips2 came right on time! What would be REALLY awesome is if someone could get a hold of XI Chips and share that. Square Enix seems to despise their non-Japanese fans, so they keep all these great albums away from us.

Thank you very much!!! Any chance to see the Okami and Onimusha 4 soundtracks again? I couldn't get them back in the day....

I'd like to thank you for your sustained work over the years. You made me discover many, many good albums. In that release, u made me discover sekaiju no meiq 4. Tracks 116 and 120 are phenomenal and will count in my all time favorite video game musics. Many thanks.
